Our Activities
We are very strategically located at Chakan MIDC, the engineering hub of Pune, and well supported
with all the necessary infrastructural necessities in the vicinity.
We are spread over an area of 2800 sq. mtr, of which about 1700 sq. mtr is the covered area. We have
state of the art manufacturing facilities, primarily imported Pressure Die Casting machines, Power
Filling machines, Drying ovens, and a well equipped Chemical test laboratory for inspecting the
quality of incoming materials and finished plates.
Since its incorporation in November 2014, there has been an exponential growth in our business. We
are presently producing plates for Inverter, Solar and E-rickshaw batteries and supplying to major
Battery OEMs. We have recently augmented our manufacturing capacity to 70 lacs of plates per
annum.
Our forte is our Top Management domain expertise, who have worked in senior Management positions in
reputed battery industries for several years.

Satish Chandra Chauhan
BE (Mech), 28 years of overall industry experience, last assignment- DGM (Operations), Exide Industries Ltd. He has visited several international battery manufacturing companies like Shin Kobe – Japan, East Penn – USA, Bana- Austria and Exide – Sri Lanka and has a vast knowledge of different world class manufacturing technologies of battery and battery plates. He is currently a technical consultant to some leading battery manufacturers in the country.
Subhro Sen
M.Sc (Physics), PGDBM, 27 years of overall industry experience, last assignment – VP (Manufacturing), Exide Industries Ltd. He has visited several international battery manufacturing companies like Shin Kobe – Japan, Shin Kobe – Thailand, East Penn – USA and ABM – Malaysia and has a vast knowledge of different world class manufacturing technologies’ of battery and battery plates. He is also a corporate trainer in the field of TQM and Lean Manufacturing. He has a few publications in reputed management journals to his name.
